Various databases can assist you when you are working the job market. The most effective and one that can shortcut the arduous task of determining the appropriate targets is the Dunn & Bradstreet list of 40,000 companies in Australia.

Copy and paste any interesting company names, addresses and executive names onto an excel spreadsheet to save you a lot of time. The alternative is to manually list down these details on a note pad.
