This varied position of Applications Support Analyst/Developer exists within the B2B services division of a diversified multinational. We seek an Applications Support Analyst/Developer with superior communications skills and an ability to build credibility and trust across various business levels. You will support and trouble shoot up to 3rd level issues of our clients CRM systems, their Finance and Reporting systems and their CMS. We seek someone that is able to work across technology as opposed to a technical specialist.

In your new position as Applications Support Developer you will initially work with the IT Manager to understand how their current applications work and where they need support. In time, you will use your technical knowledge and proactive mind-set to suggest improvements and enhancements to current business practise, we seek an Applications Support / Developer who will challenge the status quo and find new solutions to existing legacy processes.  You will enjoy a myriad of different tasks which include elements of Business Analysis and Project Management, Systems Administration, SQL Development, .Net Development, as well as Applications Support and Training.  You will demonstrate a reasonable understanding of all aspect of IT systems connectivity between Servers, databases, networks, applications, desktops, printers etc....

Experience Required:-

• SQL Stored Procedures
• .Net (VB.Net / C#) in a Classic ASP environment
• CRM (Salesforce - MS Dynamics - Peoplesoft etc)
• IT Degree (ideal)
